Currently, I’m enrolled in the master’s in Italian Food and wine at the University of Padova. I have a bachelor’s in Food Chemistry from my hometown University in Zacatecas, Mexico., and a master’s degree in Chemistry and Environmental Biology from Roskilde University in Denmark. I joined this community as the result of having a remarkable Food Tourism professor that motivated me to learn more about this field. Hopefully, I will be able to “translate” all my technical knowledge for the big audiences.
