    Very interesting article. In a way it echoes the one @erik-wolf shared with me from an English (conservative) journalist who was perfroming some severe “French food bashing” in an article lately. I will share soon a response to that actually.

    brilliant! I completely agree, and you said it in a very lively way, thank you very much.

    I am from Italy , and maybe we are not so much aware how Italian gastronomy is a melting pot, it still preserve definetively characters of the various and multiples people and cultures passing by. Our comic actor Totò once stressed: l’importante non è la nascita, ma la crescita’
