Logistics - how do your guides pay for food?

We are just getting started in the culinary tour business.  So far our primary tour guide is one of the owners, so we pay restaurants with our business credit card as we go.  Only one of our partners has the capacity/willingness to keep a card on file and charge us that way.  This works fine as long as only owners are leading tours, but we will be bringing on a few other part-time tour guides soon.  The question is, how should we have them pay?  Give them business checks?  Use their personal card and submit for reimbursement?  Add them to our credit card?  None of these seem like ideal options.
