"Wellness" includes physical, emotional, mental or spiritual balance and health. “Health” includes special diets (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.); allergies (nut, dairy, egg, mustard, etc.); nutrition; and wellness (including spirituality, nutritional wellness issues like healthy eating, cleansing, fasts, natural oils, and aromatherapy).
