Over the past few years, she shared her gastronomic discoveries, passion for cuisine and personal favorites on Facebook and Instagram. Her blog Happy Foodie helps epicureans to understand and follow her passion.
She holds a WSET level 2 diploma in wines and spirits, and was awarded a diploma in Advanced Studies in Gastronomy (HEG). The HEG provides challenging and unique experiences for individuals from around the globe, to work with respected researchers and experts in Paris and Champagne, and explore the multidisciplinary world of taste and gastronomy. She is a member of Toques Francaises Association, which promotes French gastronomy, both in France and around the world.
